No more praise singing for Ivan and Lawence in Guvnor

Ivan and King LawrenceForget the pomp and the luxuriousness that included tossing Shs50,000 notes by South African self-proclaimed tycoons Ivan Ssemwanga and King Lawrence during the White Party on December 19, 2013. As you read this, it is a serious offence for any DJ or emcee to mention the above names at Club Guvnor.
The impromptu rule was issued by Club Guvnor management sometime last week after the duo (Ivan and Lawrence) ordered their bouncers to break toilet doors of Club Guvnor beat up an unidentified man.

According to an eye witness, it all started when the youthful fella who is allegedly Zari’s sister’s boyfriend walked to Zari’s table and hugged Zari. “This didn’t not go down well with Ivan who thought this was one of the guys hitting on his fiancé. Zari rushed out of the club as soon as she noticed Ivan and Lawrence along with several of bouncers, had followed the fella to the washrooms.”

“The Club bouncers intervened and ordered Ivan and friends to vacate the club; but they didn’t save the fella who the bouncers continued to beat outside the club. And when Zari’s sisters came in to try and explain to Ivan; he instead slapped them as he called them names,” the source narrated.
According to sources close to Ivan and Lawrence, the pair were picked up last Saturday from Munyonyo and were taken to CPS where they agreed to foot their victim’s medical bills totaling to Shs3m.

However, back in Guvnor, the Club’s Mc Mozeso and all deejays were ordered not to mention Ivan and Lawrence’s names until further notice.
Ivan and Lawrence flew back to South Africa on Monday morning.
