No longer just for formal dos
Majority of us think wearing a two piece suit means that formal look you would probably wear to a job interview or board meeting. Those days are long gone. The two piece, is not just a formal outfit anymore.
The new evolved two piece, is sleek, classy, and is even trending on the red carpet.
However, to contrast from the formal look, you will need to employ a few tricks to pull off the casual two piece look.
First of all, it has to be well fitting. Keep those ill-fitting suits out.
You can choose to have your two piece in any colour of your choice, from white, red, blue, and many other colours.
The two piece could be a jacket worn over matching pair of pants, shorts, or even the clinging mini skirt. Whichever you choose, the jacket has to match the bottom.
However, in order to pull off the look better, have the helm of your pants cropped at the ankles, or even a little higher.
Majority of the ladies that try on this look, especially the Hollywood stars, opt to go topless, and simply throw on the jacket. The look comes off nicely most times, but is not for the faint hearted. You need to have not just the right body, but the right attitude to pull this off.
However, you can choose to make your look more modest by having on a dress shirt, and have it fully buttoned up, and then tucked in.
Finish this off with a pair of killer heels. Ensure that whatever colour you choose for the shoe blends in well with the colour of your two piece.
This suit makes a bold stament itself, so you don’t need to clutter the look with a hand bag. If you are wearing it to a red carpet event, then you can do with a little clutch bag.
