After performing at the Jazz Safari at the Kampala Serena Hotel tonight, American R&B sensation Keith Sweat was supposed to hold another show in Nairobi, Kenya.
But the Kenyans will not be watching the soul singer any time soon. Keith Sweat decided to cancel the show in Kenya following the recent terrorist attack on Westgate shopping mall last week that claimed so many lives.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected news. This is especially to Keith Sweat fans and everyone who supported us. We are shaken by the events of the past weekend and we deemed it best to postpone the concert as the country mourns,” wrote Martin Mulwa, the concert project manager.
