What’s the name of  your business?
It’s called Vybz Entertainment.

What do you do at Vybz Entertainment?
I’m into talent management, artiste booking, public relations and promotions.

Which talent are you managing at the moment?
I’m managing Jamal Wasswa.

Where are your offices located?
We have a booking office at La Bonita near the Speke Hotel parking lot.

What course did you do?
I did Human Resource Management and majored in Public Relations.

What are some of the challenges being a talent manager?
I get to work late when almost everyone is sleeping which is risky for the fact that I’m a woman. I have stalkers as well and I get uncomfortable working with men older than me.

How much is this business worth?
I can’t estimate how much the business is.

What does it take to be a good artiste manager?
You need to have a good strategy for your artistes and be smart.

What have you achieved doing talent management?
I have learned how to deal with people, I have mastered this game and learned how to critique the music industry and of course it’s well paying.
