The Miss Uganda search is on! Yes, the Redds sponsored event was launched on Wednesday evening at Serena hotel and the Miss Uganda team will soon announce their countrywide search for the fairest lady in the land. But for now, we still consider Phiona Bizzu as the fairest. Forget the mixed reactions that arose when she was announced as Miss Uganda;
So many critics thought Bizzu wasn’t the fairest in the competition. But that doesn’t mean Bizzu is not beautiful, especially at heart. Bizzu has been involved in some charity work and she is still going on to help so many people out there.
The latest from the Miss Uganda desk is that, a few weeks ago, Bizzu embarked on a mission to deworm children in different city slums.
Bizzu started off by immunising children aged between three and 14 in Kisenyi, in partnership with area councillor Salim Uhuru.
And last weekend, Bizzu was back at it again. She headed to Kamwokya where she immunised several children at Sharpe Infants School and Sister Miriam Deagan Primary School.
And since she was at the headquarters of the ghetto republic, Bizzu teamed up with ghetto first lady Barbara Kyagulanyi aka Barbie as well as the Miss Uganda team.
Go Bizzu! It’s a big heart you have got!
