All is set and Jose Chameleone is ready to launch his Badilisha album tonight! And Chameleone who returned from Amsterdam on Tuesday told us he is very satisfied with the preparations for the show!
One thing that kept mesmerising the singer from the time he started rehearsals is the extent to which his son Abba Marcus Mayanja has gone to play the guitar! “He is so talented; he can play the guitar very well,” Chameleone told us!
However, Chameleone’s anxiety to show the world what his son can do was ended prematurely when he his wife and father-in-law thought otherwise. “My wife Daniela told me she didn’t want our son to start doing music publicly now,” said Chameleone. “She still wants him to concentrate on school,” he added.
However, Chameleone tried hard to convince Daniella until the latter decided to get her guardian, Fr. John Scalabrini’s position. “My father-in-law protested to the idea and warned me against just giving it a mere thought,” Chameleone said.
“I feel bad Abba will not show the world how talented he is tonight but I know the right time is coming for him.”
But in a related development, we got info that Abba was registered to compete in the upcoming Super Star Kids talent search due on May 5! Let’s see if Abba will win his parents a trip to Disney Land!
