Roger and Imani
On Tuesday we woke up to a shocking Facebook update on KFM Presenter Roger Mugisha’s wall. Dude announced he had gotten engaged to a one Imani Genie Karungi! We carried out some research and realised that Roger had been friends with the US-based Karungi since 2010.
Karungi is a graduate of George Washington University and is currently the Facilities Project Coordinator of Exxonmobil in the global real estate and facilities department. Exxonmobil is an American multinational oil and gas corporation.
Just like her photo, Karungi is charming and very few will blame Roger for taking the step he took. We dashed to KFM and asked Roger what was so special about Karungi. “She has a heart for community and is a Michelle Obama type of personality! And she doesn’t care what people say…she says we were meant to be.”
Roger has three children from his past relationships but his choice to get engaged might just take him to the field of holy matrimony! All the best.
