They say if it isn’t broken, why fix it? And that is exactly what the Goodlyfe duo of Radio and Weasel and their promoter Bobkins Kibirige of Kibo Media are doing by coming together for another album launch. Bobkins has organised the Goodlyfe album launches for the past four years and this time he has upped his game by offering the boys a cool Shs50m for this year’s concerts.
“Everything is set and the Goodlyfe boys will be launching their Tonjagala album on Friday May 11, at Hotel Africana,” Kibirige said. Unlike how they have traditionally staged their subsquent show in Mukono, this time the boys will be staging their next concert at Crested Crane Hotel in Jinja and they will crown their weekend of concerts at KK Beach in Ggaba.
“Radio and Weasel have been the most consistent artistes in Uganda over the past four years, releasing hit after hit. They can sustain a two hour concert of hit after hit and their fans should expect more this year,” Kibirige said when contacted.
