Why do you use Swahaba 11, Namirembe Rd plot 421 on your posters?
I’m a strong believer that explains ‘swahaba’ and because I love football I use 11 – my favourite number. I chose Namirembe road because it’s a busy street.
What’s your area of expertise?
Computer maintenance, programming and networking, secretarial services, video editing, software installation and updates plus all genres of movies and music. However, I studied Business Administration at Mubs.
How much was your capital?
About Shs 2m, back then in 2004 which was all from savings.
And how much do you earn daily?
It varies but on a good day I get about 300k and on a bad day, 30k. I also play football on a part-time basis to earn a few more dimes.
What challenges do you face?
Government banning second hand computers has made hardware very rare and expensive and the consistent walk to work- A4C protests disrupt business and of course load shedding.
So how have you benefitted from it?
Man I owe this business my life; it looks after my family and I survive besides I have plenty of connections now.
