You have watched him in a couple of music videos including We Like to Party with Beyonce Knowles, and now J Cole is coming to perform live on the Big Brother show launch come May 6 in South Africa.
Our sources in Multichoice tell us that the American rapper was given a large sum of money to grace the launch party of the 2012 series which has been dubbed Big Brother Star Game, though they couldn’t disclose the exact figure.
J. Cole’s visit has been facilitated by Los Angeles based One Entertainment, who also facilitated Busta Rhymes’ appearance on the show last year. The 27-year-old star will perform three songs, to be revealed closer to the time of the show to be hosted by Nigeria’s IK.
The auditions to choose the pair to represent Uganda on this year’s show took place last week.
But as we wait to hear the names of the housemates, at least we can think about J Cole and imagine the launch party come May 6.
