My only crime was giving Chameleone’s wife 200k – Sipapa

Last week, Singer Chameleone posted saddening photos of a one Charles Olim aka Sipapa. The photos showed Sipapa lying helpless in a ditch and other photos of him on a police patrol after being beaten up by a supposed mob. We thought it was only a stunt a singer was pulling to draw people to his concert. We later found out the photos were of events that happened some years ago, so we contacted Sipapa to understand what was going on.

Apparently the fight started after Chameleone’s wife Daniella Atim left their marital home and found solace with Sipapa. “Daniella asked my girlfriend for Shs200,000 but she wasn’t in position to help so I gave her the money, but Chameleone instead thought I was sleeping with her,” Sipapa says. Daniella recently walked out on Chameleone for two weeks and only returned on Monday this week. He claims the singer has since threatened and sent goons to beat him up. When asked to explain the photos, Sipapa declined, saying it was a long story which he wasn’t ready to tell and not willing to because he put all that in the past.
“I am a nobody, Chameleone should find someone else to fight. Bobi Wine is fighting Buganda Kingdom, Bebe Cool is fighting Nigerians by doing good music, Chameleone should also find someone big to fight,” the music promoter said.
